Ahi Tuna … panko, peppercorn & coriander encrusted, seared rare and served with kabayaki sauce, wasabi & pickled ginger.
Beef Tenderloin …garlic & herb rubbed, served w/ a horseradish cream sauce & a Merlot demi glace. *additional $4pp
Beef Ribeye … carved choice aged ribeye, garlic & herb rubbed, served w/ a horseradish cream sauce & a Merlot demi glace.
French Quarter Chicken … breast of chicken stuffed w/ andouille sausage, white corn and jack cheese, served w/ spicy creole rice, served on a bed of braised red cabbage, topped w/ a creole hollandaise.

Grilled Chicken Breast … topped with vodka sauce and finished with fontina cheese.
Pork … pork loin wrapped w/ Maplewood smoked bacon, topped w/ a peach Bourbon BBQ sauce.
Salmon … flame grilled salmon filet, topped w/ a lemon dill beurre blanc sauce.
Seafood Stuffed Flounder … crab, shrimp, scallop & herb stuffed, topped w/ a lobster infused cream sauce.
