Platters and Displays

A display of various cheeses such as: Explorateur, Camembert, Manchego, Stilton, Cambazola, Havarti, Fontina, Fontinella, Provolone, Maytag Bleu, NY Cheddar, Champagne Cheddar, Buffalo Wing Cheddar, Roasted Garlic Cheddar and Smoked Mozzarella.
Choices also include: Housemade Pesto Torta, Baked Brie en Croute, Brie with Port Wine Infused Grapes and Walnuts, Baked Brie Wrapped in Pastry with a Carmelized Pecan Glaze and Goat Cheese and Walnut Cheesecake.

A variety of fresh sushi, pre rolled.

With fresh whipped cream cheese, onions, eggs, capers, pumpernickel toast and remoulade.

BREADS AND SPREADS STATION (choice of 4 items with assorted breads $15pp, add $3pp more for each additional item)
Housemade breads, foccocia and crostinis served amongst your choice of spreads such as:
Artichoke Dip, Crab Dip, Black Bean and Goat Cheese Dip, Cheese Fondue, Housemade Garlic Chips with Gorgonzola Dip, Tapenade, White Bean Hummus, Red Pepper Hummus and Sculpted Flavored Butters ( herb/garlic, ginger/cilantro, curry/raisin, orange blossom, honey/mint and pumpkin spice. 2 butters count as 1 item).

ANTIPASTO/MEDITERRANEAN TABLE (choice of 5 items $15pp, add $3pp more for each additional item)
Bowls of marinated olives, tapenades, Italian cheeses, Feta and marinated olive skewers, roasted garlic, grapes, melons, prosciutto, salami, roasted peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, pitas, crostinis and hummus.

RAW BAR (price depends upon selection and availability)
A selection of fresh seafood based on seasonal availability.

CARVING STATION (Beef $14pp, Poultry $9pp, Lamb $12pp, Pork $10pp, Tuna $10pp)
Beef, Poultry, Lamb, Pork, Tuna…marinated, grilled, roasted or jerked. Served with homemade
mini rolls and various sauces.

PASTA STATION ($12pp, $14pp w/ chicken, $16pp w/ shrimp & scallops)
Pasta tossed with a medley of fresh seasonal vegetables, herbs, cheeses and sauces.

DESSERT FONDUE STATION (choice of 2 dips and 5 items $7pp, with coffee $8pp)
Milk, Dark and White Chocolate and Caramel Dips with a variety of dipping items: fruits, nuts, berries, cookies, pretzels, chips, angel food cake, pound cakes, biscotti and rice krispie treats.

DESSERT TABLE (finger sized desserts range from $1-4 each, Whole dessert price differs with selection)
Finger sized or whole desserts for slicing, all housemade at our Chrissy Beanz Bakery, include:
Dipped strawberries, pecan bars, raspberry shortbread bars, brownie bites, mini cheesecakes, lemon bars, cannoli, chocolate mousse cups, berry tarts, assorted cookies, napoleans, Italian pastries, peanut butter chocolate chip bars, shortbreads, biscotti, chocolate almond bars, chocolate caramel cream puffs, truffles and raspberry pastry puffs. We will also customize any dessert upon your request, priced accordingly.
